So sorry to hear about the herniated disk. I had a ruptured disk several years ago and had to use a cane for a while. The only good thing was that when we went on a cruise, I got to go to the front of the line.
My favorite was riding the LARK up to the Goofy roller coaster, cutting in line, and riding it. I did avoid Space Mountain and Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, however. :)

...but you still GO on all the rides....
