A favorite of our family is eating breakfast for dinner! We especially love pancakes. Usually we make them from scratch, as they don't have pancake mix here in Austria. For Christmas, the Cates family sent us pancake mix from Cracker Barrel. Oh my goodness...it is the best pancake mix ever..well, when they came to visit us last week...they brought MORE! Thanks guys! We thought of you last night while we scarfed down our pancakes!

I always add a little vanilla, a trick taught to Pops and me 44 years ago in Jamaica on our honeymoon, when they'd bring breakfast to our room on their heads. Love, Neena
