Just like getting invited to the ball, this was also a surreal experience! A birthday party in the Schonbrunn Place! It took place a few months ago and for some reason I never posted about it. I came across these photos and thought you might get a kick out of them too.
It was Alice's 6th birthday party and she definitely was treated like a princess! All of the children got to dress up in costumes of their choice, took a guided tour of the palace (even getting to go in rooms that are off limits to the public) and the party ended with the serving of a traditional sachertorte.

Oh, what beautiful pictures! That must have been SO much fun; and it'll be even more meaningful when they look back on it in years to come. What memories they will have.
