The recipe looks delicious. What do you use for pie crust? Do you make it from scratch or have you found a suitable substitute?
I first made dough from scratch, but it was a little too doughy...so then I just rolled out Blätterteig and I liked them better. With the rest of the mixture I think I am going to add Rotel to and make enchiladas...I'll let you know how they turn out. :)
