Friday Favorites-Drasche Park

Vienna has some really great parks. Drasche Park is one of my favorite parks that is very close to our apartment. Here are a few reasons why I love it...

*it has a path that goes all the way around it's perimeter, which makes it perfect for exercising...if I were actually motivated to do that:)

*it has a huge round swing that our kids love to sprawl out on (all of them actually fit on it)

*there is plenty of room to RUN (translated...wear them out)

*the carved playground equipment looks like it is right out of a storybook fairytale

*there is a fort for the bigger kids to play in

*it has public toilets...which is essential with 3 kiddos

*it has a water pump to fill up buckets and make huge messes in the mud

*we can walk there very quickly (always good when the kids need to burn off some steam and momma is losing patience)

and we don't have a dog, but if we did...I would appreciate these free little bags for cleaning up other types of messes!:)

Enchanting! Your first shot reminds me of the greenway around Old Town Krakow. We were there for six days in 2006, and several times I jogged the perimeter. Between the gorgeous architecture and well-maintained gardens, I can't imagine a more picturesque work-out venue.

You live in a lovely place!

Beats our park in Rio that is burning hot - because it has trees around the perimieter but nowhere else! :)
